Congrats! You survived another Chicago winter. Unfortunately, there were few casualties: your hair, your nails and your skin, for starters. This calls for intensive care—if not a full-body overhaul. It’s a lot to tackle, so we’ve found ways to get every inch of you ready for the brighter days ahead. The best part: Our picks are all under $50, so you’ll still be able to splurge on that new bikini.

HAIR
Where: Kaya Day Spa
Let your hair down (or at least out from under that wool hat), climb the stairs and leave the city behind at this uber-calming West Loop spa. Winter weather tends to dry and damage hair, but you’ll have thick, shiny locks again after a haircut, deep conditioning treatment and blow dry for a third of the normal price.
Cost: $50 (regularly $150)
Good through: May 31

FACE
Where: Red Door Spa
Transform that blotchy, dry, wind-whipped face with an express multi-vitamin anti-oxidant facial at this Mag Mile spa. The treatment includes a healthy dose of vitamins A, C and E for protection against the sun—if it ever comes out to play. It’s regularly $125 for 60 minutes, but Red Door created a special 30-minute version this spring for just $50.
Cost: $50
Good through: June 30

SKIN
Where: Michael Anthony SalonSpa
Bring your winter-weary bod to this Lakeview spa and they’ll wipe you down and polish you up in no time at all for $20. The 30-minute body polish treatment uses a blend of walnut shells to gently exfoliate, stimulating circulation and refining your skin’s texture. Plant lotion is added at the end to seal in moisture.
Cost: $35 (regularly $55)
Good through: May 31

DOWN THERE
Where: Blueberry Moon
Nothing says "bikini weather" like a Brazilian. Of course, nothing says "pain" like a Brazilian either. At least you won’t pay a fortune to get bare at this Lincoln Park spot—they’ll take it all off for just 50 bucks. Eco-friendly fixtures like genuine river rock and reclaimed doors from a Chicago mansion just might distract you from the task at hand.
Cost: $50 (regularly $65)
Good through: July 31

BITS AND PIECES
Where: Aniko Salon & Spa
If you need warm-weather help all over, head to this new South Loop spa for a special $45 price on a bunch of different treatments that regularly total $70. On the menu: A 10-minute chair massage, a paraffin hand treatment, a mini-manicure, an eye treatment and a hair-conditioning treatment.
Cost: $45 (regularly $70)
Good through: May 30
