My wife and I went to Bonefish Grill on Valentine¿s Day on the recommendation of a friend. I expected to find myself wishing I was at Bahama Breeze but that was not the case at all. Things got off to a great start as we entered the front door of the Bonefish Grill. The hostesses were very cordial and estimated the wait slightly longer than actual. Once seated our service was top notch. The only exception, our appetizer was a bit slow arriving. However, the wait was well worth it. The Calamari was served with an excellent Tai hot/sweet sauce. I had the Asian Pan Mahi and my wife had Pistachio Crusted Mahi. Both were excellent. We enjoyed the spaghetti squash and grilled vegetables immensely. We look forward to returning to our new favorite seafood restaurant chain, The Bonefish Grill.

This grill was recommended to me by a friend...took wife to dinner for V-day.O must say that I was impressed with the service food was great. (not perfect but certainly not bad) I will recommend to my friends. The only thing negative I can find to say is, Hostess at front of the grill was a little rude. Overall nice place to take a date. Or just hang out.

I will amend my previous review to reflect the fact that a managing partner went out of his way to apologize for our experience. I appreciate the efforts to rectify the situation!

Two Words: Colossal Disappointment. Went for dinner on New Years Eve, expecting to battle crowds but still find good food and service, especially from an Outback concept. How Wrong! The entire experience was dreadful from the wait at the bar area to meal itself. Hello, is there a manager anywhere on site?

Let's begin with appetizers/drinks at the bar. The crab cakes were pretty good, but the drinks were extremely short on portion. The highlight however, came when we were "rained on" by a leaky a/c unit. The rain was so bad inside, that several waiters and waitresses came by with mops and towels. Eventually the entire section had to be closed off with one of those "Caution" signs. Most appalling, was that not once did a manager stop by and offer an apology.

Finally we were seated in a drier location for our meal. The salads were unremarkable and the bread was not bad.

With the notable exception of the au gratin potatoes, the "Awesome Sides" were anything but awesome. My grouper was good, but the mashed potatoes tasted like instant.

My husband ordered the sea bass (which we recently drooled over at Blackfin restaurant)and it actually arrived lukewarm. Mmm tepid fish.

While it is perfectly acceptable for a restaurant to have a bad night, the key is recovery and damage control; neither of which was on display at this high-end Long John Silvers with a liquor license.
