Taco trucks – those mobile monuments to tortilla and meat – are a rare beast in Orlando. Common in California, they scare so-called brick-and-mortar restaurants because of the low cost and the simple fact that if business is bad, they can just drive to a better location. Taqueria Hernandez on South Semoran has a semi-permanent spot in the parking lot of Trinidad Auto Repair Center. Even when closed for the night, it's parked along the side.
