The dish
November 13, 2008
The chicken quesadilla for $5.49 is called an appetizer but its size alone pegs it as a contender for the entrée section. A tantalizingly crispy flour tortilla wraps around the grilled chicken, peppers, and caramelized onions, glued together by a thick layer of monterey jack and cheddar cheese. Unfortunately what keeps it confined to appetizer status is its relative blandness (c’mon guys, season that chicken!), but this can more or less be fixed with liberal distribution of the sides of sour cream (and none of that light crap) and mild salsa.
