Bocuse d'Or USA

Chef John Besh of August Restaurant and Al Roker of NBC’s ‘Today Show’ hosted the Bocuse d’Or USA 2008 national selection that took place for the first time at the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. The winner, Chef Timothy Hollingsworth of The French Laundry, will represent the USA at the Bocuse d’Or World Cuisine Competition in Lyon, France in January 2009.
