HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

After purchasing a certificate from Orlandosentinel.com for $30 off our purchase we decided to go to Brazas. The food was ok but at the end of our meal, everything took a turn for the worse. They decided at the point of us giving them the certificate that they would change the stipulations on the card. In front of our face, they made a scene and said that we would have to pay for the certain items. A woman from the back came out screaming and her son, who lacks any customer service skills did nothing to make the customer satisfied. All in all, the food could be beat by any chicken at Publix and the service was terrible. Please do not buy the gift certificate from Orlando Sentinel as the same might happen to you. In a time of economic crisis, it is nice to have a certificate to save some money, but when the restaurant decided to change the rules (false advertisement) it just isn’t a pleasant dining experience. Brazas is a complete waste of money, and for that I hope this restaurant fails.
