The best sushi restaurant I''ve been to anywhere.

The best sushi restaurant I''ve been to anywhere. All chefs are excellent... and fun to chat with when you''re seated at the sushi bar. The non-sushi menu items are great also. The staff is excellent in all respects and the service is top-notch. And the price is very reasonable. Your expectations will be surpassed!

Disgusting!!!

I am by no means a foodie but I know when something is gross. This is by far the worst food of any cuisine I've ever eaten. The salad was bitter, the veggies had no flavor, the soup was barely edible, the noodles were tough, and the chicken was dry. There was nothing about this meal I or my husband could actually consume. We got this food as takeout and we live less than a mile away so the food was still very hot when we got it home. Go to Kobe instead!!! There are many Kobe Steakhouses around Central Florida and the food there is outstanding. My husband is taking our order back for a refund as I write this. Whoever said that this food is good is lying. Good luck!

I will be back

I experienced my first Sushi at Aji which is recommended by my Japanese friend. It is a very new resturant and the decoration is great that the dark atmosphere really helps you to get relax. I had too much fries at home and the fresh fish there might be better to my heart. The price is affordable, and I guess it would be a first choice if I decide not cook on my own.

cozy restaurant in the Winter garden Village

reasonably priced fun hibachi style Japnese steakhouse and sushi bar.
have heard some people complain about the service, but I have been here several times and never had a bad experience with the staff or the service. You're seated and handed a menu promptly, and the staff is very accommodating. If you tell them you need more time to order, they come back in 5 minutes with a smile on their face, instead of just forgetting about you. The food arrives quick and tasty!

Food & Menu:
All of their teas are exquisite, and they have a very extensive wine, beer and sake list. Prices are good, unless you're looking to get drunk.

All of their sushi is made delicately and uniquely with care, and beautifully presented. They have many different variations of sushi roll, and even have a roll called Cancun with fresh jalapenos!

And another big plus, they have a lot of awesome vegetarian substitutions. Very accommodating!

Sushi lovers haven

Sushi lovers everywhere should make the pilgrimage to Aji Japanese Restaurant at least once in their lifetime. The sushi here is so fresh and delicious that one would think that it had just been harvested from the ocean only minutes beforehand. The mouth-watering sushi here, although definitely worth the journey, is only half the trip. Other menu entrees include yellowtail firecracker, pepper-seared tuna, and one of the most appetizing spicytuna seaweed salad dishes in all of central florida. The delicious food here is quickly making Aji Japanese Restaurant a hot spot for those looking for a meal that embodies what Japanese food should taste like.

The dining area here is filled with locals and tourists alike enjoying a delectable Japanese dinner, and because of this sets the tone for a very relaxing and enjoyable visit. The warm-hued dinning room, along with a wait staff who consistently strives for excellence by paying very close attention to detail, finishes the perfect dining experience for anyone seeking to dine at Aji Japanese Restaurant.

The food here is a must for anyone who enjoys sushi, Japanese cuisine, or even one wishing to take a "walk on the wild side" if they've never had Oriental food before. Every entrée here sets itself above other local Japanese restaurants in terms of tastiness, and this restaurant is definitely recommended for one wishing to dine at a top notch Japanese eatery. One aspect enjoyed by the locals is that of price, with Aji gaining a reputation of being one of the value places to enjoy this sort of cuisine, like the $4 Happy Hours. The recommended hot meal for one wishing to go to Aji would be the Teppan combo for $13.99; however a true Japanese food lover would enjoy any and every meal on the menu here.

The worst SUSHI and Service in Orlando
By foodconosewer from USA, July 3, 2009

The service was the worst we have had ever. Our server was also the bartender and never check back to see if everything was ok. We had to ask another server to get our bill. When we requested fish only for our sushimi the server said there would be additional charge. We should have let at this point and went to our favorite sushi/sushimi restaurant Nagoya Sushi in Dr. Phillips. The white fish had bad taste and spoiled the remaining of dinner. The bill was a waste of $75.00. If you are looking for sushi and good service stay away from Aji Sushi.

horrible service publix quality sushi
By patan from winter garden, May 14, 2009

We asked the waitress please not to add sesame seeds on our sushi, (I'm allergic),and the waitress replied rudely that for the happy hour prices, the chef would not do any exceptions.
Being allergic is not fun, specially when your waitress tells you in a rude manner that if you want, order from the normal menu so the chef would take off the sesame seeds of the sushi I ordered.
