Now here's the thing some meat-eaters don't like to admit about vegetarian food: it's really kind of good. Even more so when you can get your greens garnished at one of the top vegetarian restaurants in the country. The menu is varied and its clearly stated on the menu that all dishes are prepared with 100 percent meat substitute (read: tofu), but if you didn't know any better, you'd swear that was sweet n' sour chicken steaming on the end of the fork. The restaurant is set in a comfortable white interior with the occasional potted plant. You can take a booth or table to sit down and see what all the fuss is about.
