Kappy's is from the old guard. The place has barely changed a thing in three decades and it's pre-fab design looks lifted right out of its original 1960s glory. Essentially, any place that looks like this probably serves some good cheesesteaks, fries and shakes and is definitely worth a shot. Park on one of the ancient swivel seats inside or grab some wood at an outdoor picnic table and watch the traffic zoom by while you consume. Seating is limited, but you can order from your car.
