Sometimes "more of the same" makes a perfectly good marketing scheme.
For the Hampton Jazz Festival, it's the game plan for 2008. Organizers recently announced a lineup of artists that mixes R&B acts who are perennial favorites with up-and-coming neo-soul singers — a blend with a proven track record.
