MUSIC: Tonight, Profanity Encouraged!

What do the apocalypse, origami, punky sweet-cakes and profane pugs have in common? A sweet night of rock-n-roll mayhem performed by [mostly] all female rock bands at The Peacock Room where, tonight, dirty words are encouraged!

Local surf-rock happy-hardcore girls, The Little Debbies, are kicking the night into gear with their fearless funky punk riffs. Following, Japan rock comes to Orlando! Ms Meka, former guitar player of Dirty Barbie and the on-going Ms Meka Nism and Her Rusty Tears, has come home for the holidays bringing Origami Girls, her Japan based, American-infused rock band with her. No they won't be back any time soon so get out and see them while you can. Finally, Apocalypse-A-Go-Go, with front woman Heidi Kneisl's savagely sexy vocals backed by dark and heavy, light and juicy explosions of rock, are sure to seal the night with a lip-biting kiss!

Oh yeah, did I mention dirty dogs? Well, sort of. With every slip of a naughty tongue, The Peacock Room will raise money for local animal rescues by collecting cash in co-owner Carmen's profanity jar. A couple of the pugs from Central Florida Pug Rescue and one doggie from Superior Mutts will be on sight to represent the cause from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

So get to cussing and toss those clams, tonight we rock The ‘Cock!
