MUSIC: Hey there, Delilah- your biggest fans are in town
A conventional love song topped the charts and young girls' hearts in the breakthrough of the Plain White T's, but now there are more battles to be won for the five pop gentlemen. Their songs have yet to flood the radio airwaves, but the fourth album, Big Bad World, has plenty to offer listeners. Admittedly, I'll have to agree with those who claim their evolving sound is coated with a little too much artificial sweetener, but I have to respect their uncanny ability to make adolescent girls swoon. Nevertheless, the reviews of others should not persuade those who have yet to hear the album. The Plain White T's are going to be on stage at The Social tomorrow, June 28 at 7 p.m. Joining them on stage are Company of Thieves and Days of Difference. Tickets are $15 for the all ages show.
