The ninth annual BravoBravo! -- which is all about introducing the Detroit Opera House to a new group of people -- was a smashing success Friday, May 2, as thousands of party people dressed up in their fanciest digs and partied like it was their last night on Earth. Presented by the young professionals group of the Michigan Opera Theatre’s volunteer organization, more than 40 of the area’s trendiest bars and restaurants took center stage at the event. Whether it was the entertainment, awesome eats or the tons of booze available, those that remember the swanky affair know it was definitely one of the best parties of 2008. For those whose night was a lil blurry, Metromix was in the (Opera) House capturing all the action.
