ARTS & CULTURE: Brian Feldman might as well jump
Brian Feldman continues to carry the torch for bizarre performance art in Central Florida. His last venture was a 4th of July vegan hot dog eating contest and up next, he will be working off all of that fake meat by jumping in place for 24 hours. Now THAT is dedication. I think I can jump rope for a grand total of 5 minutes before throwing up, passing out, or both. Feldman completed 366 consecutive jumps from a small platform for Leap Year Day, so maybe he just likes to get some air. He is performing this feat as part of his residency with the Atlantic Center for the Arts.
If you want to watch a guy jump up and down for 24 hours, read on. If you want to watch a chick jump and down for 24 hours, the entire internet is available to you, what are you doing on this site? Just kidding! Here are all the details on Brian's 24 Hour Jump:
What: 24 Hour Jump - As part of ACA Residency #134, Associate Artist Brian Feldman will jump in place for 24 hours, in a fully realized version of a fake performance by Italian artist Enrico Corte ( http://enricocorte.net ) from an Atlantic Center for the Arts Residency 10 years ago.
