Gay Days is quickly approaching but it’s not to late to book your hotel room. Even if you live in Central Florida it can still be a good idea to get a hotel room close to the action. And while it would be a blast to have everyone sleep with me, that’s just not going to happen (or at least that’s not the plan).
While the official “Gay Days” host hotel Royal Plaza is completely booked for the weekend, there are some other options:
Regal Sun Resort – Just because it’s the Gay Days Women’s doesn’t mean gay bois won’t have a blast. The hotel is right next door to the Royal Plaza, which is where some of the pool parties are being held. The hotel still has rooms available and at less than $100 a night it might be well worth it. Plus the hotel itself is right next door to the Royal Plaza.
Buena Vista Palace – The host hotel for “One Mighty Weekend.” As of this week there are limited spots available for the weekend. The "One Mighty Weekend" pool parties at this hotel are not included in the hotel fee.
Craigslist – As the weekend gets closer I have no doubt you will see folks who don’t want to pay the huge cancellation fee on their hotels and will put their rooms up online. Obviously use your best judgment when it comes to purchasing hotel rooms from an individual off Craigslist.
Find someone to sleep with – Yes, this may be the cheapest alternative, but it’s also the riskiest. Again I’m sure you can find some posts on Craigslist about this. P.S. I’ve got an open spot in my bed.
