The Eden Bar, attached to the Enzian Theatre, blends with the environment on three acres of garden property owned by the Tiedke family. It is a non-profit restaurant and bar that donates all revenue to the theatre. The family wanted The Eden Bar to represent a quality of life enhanced by the beauty of nature. When requisitioning a mural from nationally acclaimed animator Bill Plympton, their main stipulation was that Plympton portray flora and fauna native to Florida, existing in a habitat that is pre-Adam and Eve. The food menu consists of Viennese dishes taken directly from the family cook book that dates back 200 years.
