Is it me, or have you guys noticed that once the sun goes down, L.A. turns into Chest City? And I'm not just talking about the women. Everywhere I turn, it's boys unbuttoning their shirts, like this dude at PYT, and wearing V-necks. Some have even taken to cutting their shirts to give their manly hair some breathing room.
