Contrary to the other comment on here, I have never had a bad experience at Pretzel's! Their food is great and their menu has alot of different options at a good price! I regularly frequent this restaurant and love all the bartenders/servers there! They work hard to please all their customers! If one bartender is busy with other customers, the other bartenders never hesitate to help you or take your order! Don't hesitate to give Pretzel's a try if youre looking for good food, good drinks, and a good time!!! :):)

I have Heard some good things about Pretzels, So I thought i would stop in. We were Greeted by a friendly female bartender who promptly took our order. We started a tab with a credit card and ordered our drinks. When we were ready to order our next round, we were completely ignored at the end of the bar we were seated at. When we did get service the Older gentleman bartender who asked what we would like he was quite rude, he asked my friend what she wwould like to drink and before she could answer he RUDELY said "she doesnt know what she wants" and went on to get another order from the Bar. The bar was NOT that busy. We were planning on spending some time there and having a few drinks, But do to the wait staff attitude when he returned we just asked for our check. Another bar tender helped us cash out..
Im sorry but that was just a bad experience.
